Objective: The aim of this study was to determine the seroprevalence Toxoplasma gondii (T. gondii) in schizophrenia patients and reveal importance toxoplasmosis as a risk factor these patients. Method: conducted on 190 diagnosed with schizophrenia. Also included control group were 100 healthy individuals without Anti-T. immunoglobulin G (IgG) IgM antibody levels determined via enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) blood samples taken from patient groups.
